Housing Improvement Programme: OPAH 2023-2028.<\/strong><\/p>

La communaut\u00e9 de communes de la Vall\u00e9e de la Haute Sarthe a lanc\u00e9 une nouvelle Op\u00e9ration Programm\u00e9e d\u2019Am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019Habitat (OPAH) \u00e0 partir du 1st<\/sup> septembre 2023.\u00a0<\/p>

Its aim is to support private homeowners who wish to carry out work on their homes by offering financial assistance, as well as technical and administrative support.\u00a0<\/p>

Cette op\u00e9ration s\u2019inscrit dans la politique intercommunale d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle de la CC de la Vall\u00e9e de la Haute Sarthe. Elle a pu voir le jour gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un partenariat large qui regroupe la communaut\u00e9 de communes<\/strong> de la Vall\u00e9e de la Haute Sarthe, l\u2019Agence Nationale de l\u2019Habitat et le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Orne<\/strong>.<\/p>

The communaut\u00e9 de communes de la Vall\u00e9e de la Haute Sarthe a missionn\u00e9 l\u2019association SOLIHA Territoires en Normandie<\/strong> to welcome beneficiaries at office hours by appointment :<\/p>

    Who can benefit ?<\/span><\/p>

    Sont potentiellement \u00e9ligibles tous les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019un logement de plus de 15 ans qu\u2019ils occupent \u00e0 titre de r\u00e9sidence principale sur une des 31 communes de la La communaut\u00e9 de communes de la Vall\u00e9e de la Haute Sarthe. En outre, ils ne doivent pas d\u00e9passer un niveau de revenu qui varie en fonction du nombre d\u2019occupants dans le logement.<\/p>

    Landlords who rent out their property are also eligible, but under more restrictive conditions.\u00a0<\/p>

    What are the benefits ?<\/span><\/p>

    Les propri\u00e9taires occupants \u00e9ligibles peuvent obtenir une aide de l\u2019Anah sur les cr\u00e9dits r\u00e9serv\u00e9s pour l\u2019OPAH de la La communaut\u00e9 de communes de la Vall\u00e9e de la Haute Sarthe. Selon les cas, cette aide peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par d\u2019autres aides (r\u00e9gion Normandie, d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Orne, communaut\u00e9 de communes de la Vall\u00e9e de la Haute Sarthe, caisses de retraite\u2026), permettant d\u2019obtenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80% d\u2019aides.<\/p>

    Eligible landlords can also obtain assistance.<\/p>

    Eligible households will also benefit from\u00a0administrative support<\/span>\u00a0(to collect the administrative documents needed to submit aid applications) and\u00a0technical support<\/span>\u00a0: a visit will be scheduled by a technician from Soliha Territoires en Normandie. This specialist will carry out a full diagnosis of the property and\u00a0advise\u00a0<\/span>the people concerned on the most appropriate\u00a0work to be carried out.<\/span>. For energy-saving work, he will also carry out a thermal study including an estimate of the home's energy consumption before and after the work.<\/p>

    What work is eligible?<\/span><\/p>

    Priority will be given to all work aimed at saving energy: insulation, changing the heating system, replacing joinery, etc. The second priority of the scheme is to enable people who are losing their independence to remain at home. All work to make homes accessible inside and out is therefore eligible (bathroom adaptations, stairlifts, home access, etc.). The final objective is to enable homeowners in very run-down properties to carry out work to bring their homes up to standard.<\/p>

    Ineligible expenses include (but are not limited to): embellishment work, work to bring sewage systems up to standard, etc.<\/p>
