The local authority has two young workers' residences in the Haute Sarthe Valley. They are managed by ALTHÉA Habitat Jeunes. The studios are furnished, equipped and APL (Aide Personnalisée au Logement) subsidised. These residences can accommodate single people, couples, shared flats or people with reduced mobility.

• The residence, located at 3 rue Vimal du Bouchet in Courtomer, comprises 5 high-quality studio flats, one of which is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Communal areas include laundry facilities, a cybercentre (desks and computers), a fully-equipped teenagers' area (table football, TV room, etc.) and a media library.

• The residence, located at 23 place du Général de Gaulle in Le Mêle-sur-Sarthe, offers 6 fully-equipped, furnished flats, including 5 studio flats of 25 to 28m² and a 44m² one-bedroom flat. Shared facilities include laundry facilities, a youth area with table football, a TV room, desks and a bicycle storage area.
